Call (012-6129198 or 920027447) Aramex and arrange pick-up from your chosen address. Print the attached label and hand it over to the courier. Once you have contacted them, don't forget to make a note of your unique collection reference number.
Can't print the attached label? No worries. Simply take your return items to your nearest Aramex office and give them your return airway bill number. They will assist you in printing the AWB and they will collect the items you wish to return.
In case the product received by you is damaged or defective, you could return the product in the same condition as you received it with the original box and/or packaging intact. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it. If the product is found to be defective or damaged, we will process the refund along with any shipping fees incurred.
